Package Prices

All package prices, specials and nightly rates are inclusive of Fiji hotel tax and VAT Tax. These are subject to chance due to currency fluctuations or unexpected government tax increases.

Prices are meal inclusive, and start with lunch on your arrival day, and end with breakfast on your departure day. For late arrivals missing their first day lunch, lunch will be included on departure day, as necessary. Prices also include non motorized watersports activities.

Packages are sold as “all inclusive” holidays, and can not be broken down or itemized.

Prices exclude: airfare, dive gear rental, beverages (other than juice at breakfast, coffee, tea or water), laundry, phone calls, internet charges, motorized or guided activities (unless included in a package), spa treatments, boutique items, and transfers for stays of less than 3 nights. Dive packages include tanks and weights only, unless otherwise specified.

Exchange Rates

The rates are based on current exchange rates, but are subject to change due to devaluation or extreme fluctuation in currency exchange rates.

Group Bookings

10 paid guests minimum are considered a “group booking.” Price for group bookings is $375 US per accommodation, per night, on a Run of House basis. Guests will be placed in available accommodations on a 1st come, 1st served basis. There is a 6 night minimum for groups. Transfers to and from the resort are included in this price. All guests from the group must travel together, otherwise additional transfer fees will apply. One free night bonus for 7 or more nights paid.

Dive Group Bookings

6 paid guests minimum are considered a “dive group booking.” To qualify for the group special rates, all divers must dive as a group. Dives not taken by any member of the group cannot be forwarded to a non dive day, but must be forfeited. Night dives are not part of a dive package unless specified. 1 Free package is available for 10 paying guests, 2 free with 16 paid, including accommodations, meals, diving and transfers. Scuba divers must hold current dive card certification from an accredited dive organization. Proof of certification must be shown prior to diving with Lalati Resort. Liability waivers must be signed prior to participating in activities at Lalati Resort, and refusal to sign such waivers will result in the exclusion of activities for those guests. No refunds will be given for individuals refusing to sign liability waivers.

All guests must sign liability waiver and assumption of risk documents prior to participation in any water based activities.

Child Policy

Lalati Resort and Spa welcomes children 12 years of age and older year round. Younger children are welcomed to the resort for whole resort bookings only.

Trip Insurance

Lalati Resort strongly recommends guests purchase adequate trip insurance to protect their vacation investment. The resort is not responsible for delays or additional expenses or inconveniences caused by events outside the control of the resort. This includes late arrivals of domestic or international flights, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, act of God, act of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment. Lalati Resort is not responsible for injury, loss or damage to persons or personal property that may arise while at the resort or during participation in any activity offered through the resort.

Scuba divers are strongly recommended to purchase appropriate dive insurance from a specific dive travel insurance company (e.g. DAN, DIVE ASSURE, or other accredited agency).

Travel Documents

All U.S., Canadian, Australia, New Zealand and other Commonwealth Country citizens traveling to Fiji require a valid passport from that country. Passports must be valid at least three months after your scheduled travel has been completed. For these travelers no visas are required to travel in Fiji, and no specific immunizations are required. Travelers who hold passports other than Commonwealth Countries, please check with us, or your airline booking agent, to assess appropriate needs and requirements to enter Fiji.

American Disabilities Act

Fijian law does not require facilities to be A.D.A (American Disabilities Act) compatible. Lalati Resort & Spa is located on a remote outer island and cannot comply with the A.D.A to offer handicapped accessible accommodations.
