A tempting array of fine South Pacific delicacies, with international flavor and island flair, are presented daily for your dining pleasure. Fijian and Pacific Rim specialties prominently feature on the menu, and periodic visits from our guests chefs from around the world give our menu a decided panache. BREAKFAST

LUNCH

  • Pizzas : Fresh from the wood-fired oven
  • Fish Tacos : Fresh caught with homemade tortillas
  • Salads : Chicken Caesar, Thai Beef, Seafood brochette on greens
  • Chicken Strudel : Flaky, succulent and tender - all at once

DINNER

  • Sesame Coated Ahi Tuna : with Wasabi Sauce
  • Rack of Lamb : With Chilli-mint sauce or honey mustard glaze
  • Walu : Indian spiced fillet on dalo mash with aioli sauce
  • Bush lime cheesecake : simply Amazing !
  • Chocolate tower : Chocolate mousse in flaky pastry

Lalati's Pacific Rim Cuisine

Lalati's Pacific Rim Cuisine is an eclectic blend of local and imported products. Seasonal, organic fruits and artisan vegetables are grown in the resort's organic garden, and the "catch of the day" features the freshest local fish brought direct from the sea to your table.

Imported meats, decadent desserts and fresh ingredients are all served with a touch of tropical gourmet flair and a warm Bula smile.

Our bar features local spirits, lavish tropical cocktails, and some of the finest imported wines and spirits found anywhere in the islands.

Ambiance is fun and friendly in our main dining bure, or can be intimate and romantic, with dinners served on our candlelight dock, in your villa, or on your private veranda.

The Lalati staff will pack you a gourmet lunch, and you can enjoy an al fresco banquet on private Nanuku Island. Kayak or boat to a brilliant and secluded sand beach for an impromptu picnic. Your options are limited only to your, and our, imaginations.
